JOB DETAILS:
Overall Mission of the Role:
• In accordance with the maintenance system, procedures and standards of Chilanga Cement the incumbent of this role will be responsible for the daily work of the electrical and instrumentation section in the maintenance department, and establish for the plant the standard management system of Huaxin Group of equipment and maintenance.

Main Responsibilities:
• Organize to develop and implement regulations, inspection and assessment system about the overall electrical and instrumentation equipment management.
• In accordance with the Company’s production and development planning, organize the development of departmental work objectives and plans, maintenance KPI’s planning, analyzing and reporting.
• Organize the analysis and treatment of production equipment breakdowns.
• Responsible for the management of the company’s fixed assets and the declaration and implementation of capital expenditure projects in accordance with the Huaxin Group process.
• Overall responsible for the company’s electrical and instrumentation equipment management, to ensure an effective equipment maintenance plan and efficient operation of the maintenance system, to support equipment maintenance, overhaul planning and implementation, equipment history records and analysis, spare parts management and other related maintenance activities.
• To develop and improve the computerized maintenance management system, organize the implementation of regular and scheduled fault diagnosis, analysis and prediction for all types of production equipment in the company, and develop emergency plans
• Comprehensive planning and organization of the company’s electrical and instrumentation equipment maintenance work, can coordinate the resources of various departments within the company to achieve the highest efficiency and equipment operating efficiency.
• Responsible for the career management of departmental staff, improving staff skills through training, motivation and other measures, guiding staff’s personal development to support the company’s development.
• Use new technologies, new means of processing, new products and new materials to improve the operation of equipment and the quality of equipment operation and maintenance efficiency.
• Supervise each position to conscientiously perform their job duties, and coordinate professional cooperation, and ensure the normal operation of the management system.
• Perform any other duties assigned by superiors.

Qualifications, Experience and skills required:
Education background & Experience
• Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• At least 5 years hands-on experience in a manufacturing industry.
• At least 3 years of maintenance work experience in cement plants with daily production capacity of 3000T/D clinker or above.
• Should be a registered member of EIZ
• Ability to communicate, read and write proficiently in Chinese will be an added advantage.

Technical skills
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical maintenance operations
• Knowledge of instrumentation and control systems (hardware and software)
• Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic and motor circuits
• Knowledge in electricity and electronics
• Local Safety rules and regulations
• Knowledge of quality management methods
• Knowledge of cement process is desirable.
• Computer literacy.
