JOB DETAILS:
• We are currently recruiting for a French & english speaking electrical sales engineer for Lusaka who will assist with all strategic requirements, formulate annual work goals. Assist export Key Account Manager complete order, delivery, and payment collection.

Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Mechanical or Engineering related.
– Relevant sales experience
– Familiar with power cables, telecom cables or fiber cables
– Familiar with tendering process
– Initiative and good teamwork spirit and excellent communication skills
– High command of English, French Language
– Own vehicle and a driver’s licence.
– Based in Lusaka ,Zambia.

Responsibilities:
Expand company’s brand influence and industry awareness in the fields as below:
1. Continuous follow-up, adjustment and optimization of target customers, and follow-up competitors’ analysis.
2. Assist in formulating the list of key markets and customers, and implementing the market development plan according to the market development needs, and adjusting regularly.
3. Assist export Key Account Manager in the formulation and decomposition of sales KPI (orders, delivery, and collection), and assisting in the completion of the KPI.
4. Assist in the business risk control and project execution risk control for each sales order.
5. Responsible for reasonable allocation of personal daily expenses and marketing expenses, and ensuring reasonable control of the overall personal expense rate of personnel in the area.
6. Responsible for analyzing and assisting the development of key projects and key customers.
7. Completing other tasks assigned by GM overseas sales as and when required.
