The firm has been founded as a Group of Managers, Management Consultants and Business Analyst, which working with the independent contributors/Partners as well as in-house consulting team to form partnership consulting & research in Management consulting and Business Development Activities. It is registered under the registration of Business Names Act No. 16 of 2011 and other relevant regulatory agencies in Zambia.
M. Lewis Consulting & Research looking for Engagement Partner who is a Management Consultant with the main role of engaging Potential Clients and Project Team Member through selling ideas on Significant influence i.e. Specific Strategies in either of the following:
• Reasoning in selling ideas – strategy to be advantageous and effective of relies on data, discussion, and logic.
• Friendliness in assistance with work assignments to demonstrates interest, good will and esteem to create a favourable impression,
• Bargaining in or relies on negotiation and exchange of benefits or favours, Or
• Assertiveness in improving organization effectiveness when the influencer knows he/she is right and strategy that relies on a direct and forceful way of communicating.
The engagement partner sells the work, has the relationship with the senior client, and provides high level over sight to the team. A partner might have 2 – 7 projects going on at the same time and will typically spend 1/2 day – 1 day per week per client. .
