JOB DETAILS:
We invite applications from Entrepreneurs running successful businesses suitably qualified and experienced to Partner with Young Africa Zambia to be Franchisees providing training to Youths in the following areas:
At our YWCA Campus (Opposite UTH):
1. Brick Laying and Plastering
The above position report directly to the TEVET Principal. Successful applicants will be responsible for imparting relevant training and experience to youths while running the franchise as their own profitable business.

• A skilled artisan, with considerable relevant industrial working experience
• A passionate teacher/trainer with a track record in vocational training/skills transfer

• A caring social/development worker, capable of supporting young people with broken backgrounds to rise beyond their past and exploit their full potentials and flourish
• A brand ambassador for YA, capable of representing the YA brand through high quality products and services and his/her own conduct
