JOB DETAILS:
An agricultural business which operates in Southern Province wishes to invite applications from suitably qualified individuals to fill in the position of Environmental Social Governance Officer for the farm. The applicant must have the following requirements:
Job Summary
The Officer will be required to implement all the ESG procedures & standards .

Minimum Requirements
• Knowledge of the Zambian regulatory requirements (Environmental, water and natural resources, health and safety)
• Competence in ESIA studies (including managing the process) to Zambian and international standards
• Knowledge of reporting on social, governance and environmental performance
• A minimum of 3-4years proven experience from and understanding of the ESG aspects of agricultural business’
• Above the 30 years of age
• Minimum of a Diploma in Environmental Health/Management

Responsibilities
• Ensure that ESG related procedures are adhered to and tasks are performed accordingly
• Ensure procedures and policies are reviewed frequently and are in accordance with ESG performance standards
• Report to Management on any ESG issues
