In order to accomplish its mission, Skol Brewery Ltd is looking for a qualified and committed individual to join its team in the following position:

Job Title: Events Manager

JOB SUMMARY

• The Jobholder is responsible for preparing all event documentation, logistics, and coordinates with Sales, Marketing departments and sponsorship partners.
  
• This position primarily handles internal events from average to high complexity.
• Ensures events are professionally organized. Identifies opportunities to maximize visibility and revenue by creating outstanding events.
  

KEY COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS

• Successful experience in leading a team that organizes events (wedding organizer, football match, promotions for FMCG Company).
  
• Excellent organizational skills
  
• Understand the link between an event and a brand
  
• Computer Savvy and strong MS Office skills Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
  
• A team player with leadership skills
  
• Able to work under time pressure
  
• Bachelors’ degree in Public Relations, marketing, hospitality management or related field is preferred.
