JOB DETAILS:
EXECUTIVE CHEF REQUIRED
As part of our strategy to be the dominant player in our industry we are seeking an Executive Chef who will be responsible for lcading the overall kitchen operations as well as managing the front of house in our recently established restaurant. We require an Executive Chef to train and manage the kitchen team along with supervising and coordinating the service line up. As the Executive Chef you will ensure a high standard of work with consistency, establish excellent ethics throughout the workplace, ensure proper sanitation and safety and maintain a high standard of service and superb presentation. .

Job Qualifications:
Additionally, the Executive Chef will be directly responsible for the staff development and performance reviews, driving the establishment to achieve operational excellence.
• Bachelor's Degree or related culinary qualification

• Passion for leadership and teamwork
• Excellent people skills
