JOB DETAILS:
Yalelo is seeking a Facilities Technician to perform routine inspections and maintenance of commercial Facilities.
The role is based in Lusaka.
The Facilities Technician Must be able to:
• Oversee the fitting of new stores and refurbishing existing stores.
• Coordinate plumbing, electrical, masonry, and carpentry works for store maintenance and improvement.
• Manage contractors and vendors for specialized tasks.
• Ensure that facilities are safe and compliant with regulations.
• Develop and execute a schedule for regular maintenance and renovation projects.

Minimum Qualification & Competences:
• Diploma in civil engineering or construction.
• Project management and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
• Minimum 3-years’ experience in construction in an industrial environment.

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
