Factory Manager
Overview
Lavar Detergents Limited specializes in the production and marketing of Dish wash, pine gel and laundry soap. Our company has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic person to join our dynamic team as a Factory Manager. This permanent position is well suited to an individual that is looking to advance their career in making soaps and gain hands-on experience in a thriving and supportive workplace.

Requirements
• Minimum qualification of a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years work experience in the soap industry
• Must have vast knowledge of making dish wash, pine gel and other soaps
• Good verbal communication skills in English
• Strong attention to detail with ability to plan, organize, prioritize and multi-task
• Marketing strategy skills is an added advantage
• Good interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work in a team
