Job Description
A failure analysis Technician is responsible for analyzing and determining the root cause of product or equipment failures. Below are the responsibilities and requirements successful candidates should possess.

Responsibilities
• Conduct detailed failure analysis investigations on mobile phone products.
• Develop and implement plans for addressing causes of failures.
• Create reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve failure trends.
• Perform risk assessments to prevent future failures.
• Work with suppliers to improve product or equipment quality.

Requirements
• Diploma in IT, Engineering, Telecommunication, Computer Science or related field. A Degree is an added advantage
• Experience in phone repair techniques. Simple repair techniques in mobile phone included.
• Understanding of PCBA/mobile phone analysis repairs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience with quality control and/or manufacturing processes is a plus.
