JOB DETAILS:
A commercial farm in kabwe is looking for a knowledgeable and thourough farm mechanisation manager who can develop and maintain better mechanised farming machines and equipment practices

Qualities:
• Must be honest,proactive and focused on improving mechanisation on the farm
• Must have advanced farm mechanisation and repair skills
• Must have advanced knowledge/skills in staff training and self
• Supervision for the last 5 years

Career requirements
• Must have john deere green star experience, and auto track advanced techician level in john deere machines and equipment
• Must have experience in repairing and maintaining cold rooms
• Must have experience working with earth moving equipment including excavators and experience in driving advanced combine harvestors for wheat, barley and maize
• Proven and traceable experience of at least 5 years in john deere discipline
• Should be a zambian
