JOB DETAILS:
Position Overview:
• As Farm Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our farm, with a primary focus on cattle rearing, piggery, and agriculture. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about agriculture and have a strong desire to learn and grow within the industry. Veterinary experience is considered an added advantage for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
Cattle Rearing:
• Monitor the health and well-being of cattle.
Ensure proper feeding and nutrition.
Implement breeding and calving programs.
Perform routine health checks and administer basic veterinary care.

Piggery Management:
• Supervise the care and management of pigs.
Oversee feeding, breeding, and farrowing activities.
Maintain clean and hygienic pig housing.
Monitor and manage pig health and provide basic medical care as needed.

Agricultural Operations:
• Assist in crop cultivation, planting, and harvesting.
Operate and maintain farm equipment and machinery.
Ensure proper irrigation and fertilization practices.
Implement pest and disease control measures.

General Farm Management:
• Supervise farm workers and laborers.
Maintain accurate records of farm activities.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Assist in the development and implementation of farm policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in cattle rearing, piggery management, and agriculture is preferred.
Veterinary experience is considered an added advantage.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in agriculture or a related field is a plus.
Strong work ethic and a passion for agriculture and animal husbandry.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new farming techniques and technologies.
Physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
