JOB DETAILS:
Job Type: Female Chinese Translators Needed
Idea candidates must be able to read and write in Chinese, should be neat, organized, friendly and punctual, and able to work unsupervised for periods of time. Must be a confident goal getter able to meet unplanned for challenges head on, without always complaining.

Duties:
• Receiving and placing customer service telephone calls in Chinese and English.
• Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
• Resolving customer complaints, managing database records, drafting status reports on customer service issues.
• Report to relevant department line manager in both English and Chinese.
Location: Roma Lusaka
