Job title: Female Sales Manager

Citiroof Manufacturing Limited is Seeking an organized, efficient, and customer service-oriented female sales Manager to lead our growing sales team and handle the day to day operations of our company with a minimum of 5 years experience in well-established mid to high end company. In this role, you will play a key role in leading our sales team – with your experience in the field of sales and marketing.
• Handle computer / paperwork and other sales related administrative duties
• Staff training, supervising, and developing of a strong sale team.
• Create employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing of the company at all times
• Preparing and presenting staffing/sales reports
• Maintain stock levels and order supplies when necessary
• Address customer inquiries and complaints
• Overseeing and managing customer bases

Sales Manager Skills and Qualifications:
• A professional and pleasant dressing always
• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Customer service-oriented attitude
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and stay cool under pressure
• Minimum of diploma in sales and marketing or equivalent is required.
• 5 years of experience working in a sales environment
• Proven track record of providing excellent sales service
