JOB DETAILS:
• The purpose of this role is to facilitate, monitor and increase sales and service within Central Province, Zambia. This is a support function for the Regional Supervisor. Working in collaboration with the local partners agents/school managers village heads and other distributors.

Role and responsibilities
Monitoring of sales
• Coordinate collection of Backup sales data from Sales Agents
• Cash monitoring and deposit tracking
• Adherence to the sales and registration standards
• Provide Sales support to local project partners.
• Enhance agent productivity and commitment to the project.

Agent Care Support
• Coordinate stock supply chain in Central.
• Collection of faulty lights
• Providing refresher training to agents
• Performing assistance in onboarding /replacing agents in areas with sales potential

Operations Support
• Conduct physical stock count in zonal warehouses.
• Conduct agents’ physical stock reviews and share reports.
• Conduct assistance in stock recoveries exercise.
• Cooperate with Country Regional office team on related activities.

Skills and Experience
• Sound work experience as a Field Extension officer, Sales and Marketing position or in the solar industry more broadly.
• Experienced motorcycle rider (with full and clean licence)
• Adaptable, flexible, able to take initiative and prioritize.
• A good team player, outgoing personality, work effectively under pressure and on strict deadlines.
• Collaborative and innovative approach
• Good knowledge of computer and smartphone applications.

Additional skills / requirements
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Good oral and written communications skills
• Motorcycle licence

Remuneration
Based on candidates’ experience, skills, and location.
