JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary:
We’re looking for a seasoned sales professional to establish new HVAC contracts with companies in Lusaka and drive repeat sales with existing clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and a passion for building relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with companies in Lusaka.
2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
3. Negotiate and close HVAC contracts.
4. Prepare and submit sales reports.
5. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements:
1. 2+ years of sales experience.
2. Proven track record of success in sales.
3. Valid driving license (added advantage).
4. Computer literacy (MS Office, CRM).
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
