Role Description
• This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Specialist located in Ndola. The Field Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating and following up on leads, conducting sales operations, communicating with customers, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships
• Proven track record in sales and lead generation
• Knowledge of sales operations and process
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
