JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary:
• Reporting to the Finance Lead, the job holder will handle clerical finance and accounting work and basic reports to ensure business continuity. Maintain an efficient filing system for all accounting documents and relevant report. Assist Finance lead adhere to all statutory and regulatory requirements. Ensure complete documentation prior to raising payment requests. Ensure complete and timely processing of accounting journals in line with processes and accounting principles. Complete monthly bank reconciliations. Monitor budget utilization. Management of fixed asset register and participate in period fixed assets verification exercise. Participate in internal and external audit processes by providing information required

Qualifications:
• Diploma in Accountancy; ACCA/ZICA/CIMA level 2 equivalent. Membership of a professional qualification such as ZICA/ACCA/CIMA is advantageous. Active membership of ZICA is a pre-requisite.

Experience:
• 2 or more years’ experience in finance/accounting or related field will be an advantage

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
