1. FINANCE MANAGER
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer
Job Purpose
To provide effective and timely financial and accounting support services to management.. .

Job Responsibilities:
• Preparing Financial statements.
• Carrying out financial duties and accounting at company level.
• Preparing monthly, quarterly management accounts and implementing and monitoring company's annual revenue and expenditure budgets.
• Develop and monitor systems to mitigate risk, fraud and waste.
• Perform internal audits and reviews, as required, to ensure compliance in all company activities and timely remittance of taxes/levies to ZRA, PIA, NAPSA etc..

Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or accounting along with ACCA or ZICA professional membership.
• A Master's Degree would be an added advantage.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in accounting and financial management level
• In depth experience with insurance financial reporting and compliance requirements..
