We are therefore inviting applications to fill the following vacant position:
POSITION: FINANCE MANAGER
LOCATION: LUSAKA
GRADE: X
CONTRACT: PERMANENT

Reporting to the Finance Director, the successful candidate will be accountable for the following:
• Prepare budgets and profit forecasts
• Coordinate regional financial plans and information
• Plan, coordinate and manage company financial planning process
• Coordinate and prepare company monthly financial results
• Implement and manage financial controls, policies, and procedures
• Provide financial support to line management
• Ensure information systems related to the role of Finance Manager are fully utilized
• Control company fixed assets
• Generate and submit monthly and annual financial reports
• Manage company payments
• Prepare company balance sheet for financial planning purposes
• Manage fiscal obligations and prepare statutory returns
• Engage multiple stakeholders to develop beneficial relationships and synergies for the business
• Manage human resources development for all direct reports and ensure a health IR climate
• Manage own performance and performance for direct reports

The job is particularly suitable for candidates who meet the following minimum requirements;
• Bachelor of Accounting Degree plus CA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent
• At least five years’ experience, three years in a management role
• Good analytical skills and should be able to work under minimum supervision
• Computer literacy i.e., Excel, Word & PowerPoint
• Working knowledge and experience in SAP an added advantage
• Must be honest, reliable, and able to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A strong attention to detail.
