Are you a driven, enthusiastic and knowledgeable Supervisor looking for a new challenge?
We have a vacancy for a Food and Beverage Supervisor. You must be passionate about Great Customer Service, Food and Drinks. Knowledge of Wines, Wine Service, Cocktails and food are essential.
Applicants must also have or possess:
*Training experience
*Managing inventory (Daily, Weekly and Monthly Stock Counts)
*Staff scheduling and planning for events
*Experience in managing ad hoc events, meetings, and conferences
*Purchasing of stock for Bar and Restaurant
*Exceptional customer service skills and
