Freelance Lawyer
Overview
Afriwise is recruiting freelance lawyers or freelance legal journalists or researchers to join our online platform for legal information. We are specifically seeking candidates that are able to source and track bills in-country and provide the Afriwise team with these bills. We pride ourselves in providing our subscribers with the first-mover advantage in terms of pending laws which affect their areas of business.
Target candidate: locally well-connected individual with knowledge of legal industry. Must be able to provide pre-emptive information to Afriwise on a reliable basis. Access to courts, Parliament and other bill sources is a must!
Target jurisdictions include: Angola, Nigeria, DRC, Congo, Ghana, Senegal, Cote D’Ivoire, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Rwanda, Uganda, Tanzania, Kenya, Ethiopia, Mauritius, Morocco, Mozambique and Botswana.
