A hotel located in the heart of Lusaka Province, Zambia offering a mix of international cuisine and regional favorites in the restaurant, bar, and pool deck is seeking to hire the following positions:
2. Front office Team Leader
Role Description
• Front office team leader will be responsible for managing front office operations and ensuring guest satisfaction
Qualifications
• Diploma in General hospitality or any other related course. A degree will be an added advantage
• Minimum 2 years’ hospitality work experience in middle management. Higher management experience will be an added advantage
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: Professional Certificate
