Job Responsibilities:
• Guarding Operations:
• Training and Selection - Ensuring process is smooth and that the content, methodology and standard to which our men are trained is kept up to date and of a high quality.
• Deployment - Ensuring men are effectively deployed to site, and that the logistics behind deployment are as efficient and cost effective
• Incorporates the management of: Sales Procedures. Control Room Scheduling. Transport. Parades and Attendance. Uniform Stores and Communication lines.
• Service Standards - Site Surveys. Implementing Site Operating Procedures. Guarding Routines. Supervisory Routines. Asset deployment and maintenance. Incident Reporting. Client Visits.
• Rapid Response Operations:
• Training and Selection: Key to the department as response personnel react to emergency signals and must be able to handle various scenarios. Use of Force, Weapons Handling, Pressure tests and SOPs are key to this department
• Directly responsible for training standards related to Rapid Response.
• Control Room Dispatch procedures and standards. Incident Reporting. Fleet Management and Tracking. ADHOC Escorts / VIP CP jobs that come in month to month
• Technical Operations:
• The company install CCTV, Alarms and Access Control Systems. Overall responsible to tracking this department and ensuring jobs are being scheduled and completed effectively and profitably.
• Client Communications. Job Scheduling. Store level and lead time management.
