JOB DETAILS:
An upcoming livestock business development cooperative society based in Lusaka seeks to employ a General Manager .

Responsibilities
• The General Manager will be responsible for the successful business operations of the Cattlemen Cooperative in line with its strategic plan and policy direction set by the Board of Directors.
• The Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the cooperative and in charge of resource mobilization;
• Membership recruitment;
• Projects implementation; and delivery of services aligned with the Cooperative vision and strategic objectives.
• The Manager will also maintain a superior level of financial management and reporting, and will act on the Board’s behalf in all matters related to the Cooperative’s operations.
