Job Description
• Collaborate with geologists in the process of geologic mapping;
• Identify the equipment necessary for geophysical work;
• Carry out geophysical measurements in the areas recommended using the right methods;
• Interpret geophysical data;
• Prepare geophysical maps and participate in their publication;
• Participate in national and international meetings and forums on Geophysics;
• Submit regular activity reports;
• Perform any other task assigned by the Head of Division
Job Profile
A0 in Geophysics,Physics, Earth Sciences with 3 years of working experience or Master's Degree in
Geophysics,Physics, Earth Sciences
Key technical skills and knowledge required:
• High analytical and problem solving skills;
• Knowledge of minerals sector;
• Decision making skills;
• Excellent communication skills ;
• Very effective organization skills;
• Team working skills;
• Computer skills;
• Fluent in Kinyarwanda, English and French; knowledge of all is an advantage.
