Overview
We are hiring
Our client is a renowned and well-established jewellery company with a deep commitment to craftsmanship and quality. Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Goldsmith to lead our jewellery department, overseeing a team of four and contributing to the creation of exquisite, handcrafted jewellery pieces.

Role and Responsibilities:
As the Goldsmith, you will be the overall lead of our jewellery department, responsible for crafting and overseeing the creation of exceptional jewellery pieces. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Design and Craftsmanship: Using your expert skills, you will handcraft and cast jewellery pieces, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards.
• Team Leadership: Lead a team of four skilled jewellers and craftsmen, providing guidance, mentorship, and training to enhance their skills and ensure the delivery of top-quality jewellery.
• Quality Control: Oversee the quality control processes, ensuring that each piece of jewellery meets the company’s standards for design, materials, and craftsmanship.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and procurement, to ensure the timely and successful delivery of customer orders.
• Training: Share your knowledge and expertise with team members, providing hands-on training and support to help them develop their skills.

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Goldsmith.
• Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software for jewellery design.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
• Leadership and team management experience, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of artisans.
• Exceptional craftsmanship skills in crafting and casting jewellery using various metals and materials.
• Attention to detail and an eye for design aesthetics.

Bachelor Degree
