JOB DETAILS:
Graphic Designer Wanted!
• Are you a creative, talented, and passionate graphic designer? Do you have an eye for detail and a flair for creating visually stunning designs? We are looking for a motivated graphic designer to join our team remotely on a commission-based payment structure.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and project objectives.
• Develop unique and compelling design concepts, including but not limited to logos, branding materials, marketing collateral, social media graphics, and web designs.
• Ensure designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and in line with our clients’ expectations.
• Revise and refine designs based on feedback from clients and internal team members.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance your design skills.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a graphic designer, either through professional work or an impressive portfolio.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.), Canva or any software you are comfortable with.
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
• A positive attitude, creativity, and a passion for creating exceptional designs.
• Payment Structure: This position offers a commission-based payment structure, providing you the opportunity to earn based on your performance and the number of projects completed successfully. Payments will be given on completion of tasks and as you continue to deliver outstanding designs and contribute to the growth of our agency, your earning potential will increase significantly.
