JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and create innovative designs for product packaging, digital marketing materials, in-store displays, and promotional campaigns.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute visual content that aligns with brand strategies.
-Design engaging visuals for social media platforms, websites, and email campaigns to enhance customer engagement.
-Ensure all designs maintain brand consistency and appeal to the target audience.
-Adapt designs based on feedback from internal teams while meeting project deadlines.
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design software to continuously innovate and improve design processes.
-Prepare final artwork for printing and digital publication, ensuring high quality and accuracy.

Qualifications and Skills:
-Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
-2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the FMCG industry or a related sector.
-Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design tools.
-A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, particularly in branding, packaging, and marketing materials.
-Understanding of print production processes and the ability to prepare files for production.
-Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
-Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
-Knowledge of consumer trends and branding in the FMCG sector is a plus.
