JOB DETAILS:
Our client, a fuel transport and logistics specialist in the SADC region is looking to hire an organised and experienced Human Resource & Administration Manager for the Lusaka office. You will need to be able to think on your feet, prioritize tasks, be able to work autonomously, and have an in-depth understanding of office management procedures, legal policies and have strong Human resource competency.
Your responsibilities will include;
• Plan and co-ordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
• Provide administrative support to all departments in the organisation
• Preparation and filing of legal documents with Govt agencies to conform to statutes
• Minute taking for key meetings as required by MD
• Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space
• Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure max efficiency
• Ensure the adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
• Create and manage schedules and deadlines
• Monitor inventory of office supplies, driver PPE and uniforms and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
• Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
• Oversee facilities and maintenance services
• Organise and supervise other office activities
• Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
• Keep abreast with all organisational changes and business development
• All filing and record keeping for the business
Technical competencies
• Project Management
• HR experience

• Excellent organisational skills with an ability to keep track of multiple streams for different stakeholders
• Ability to work autonomously
Job requirements and Qualifications
• HR experience
• Administration experience
• Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
• Proficient in MS Office
• An analytical mind with problem solving skills
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• A team player with leadership skills
• Min level 1 ZIHRM certification
• HR degree or diploma equivalent
• At least 5-8 years experience
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 60
Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
