The University seeks to recruit suitably qualified individuals for the position of “HR – Executive“. .
Key Performance Indicators:
• Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
• Screening resumes.
• Performing in-person and phone pre-screening interviews with prospective candidates.
• Performing background verification for finalized candidates.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring Managers.
• Maintaining relations with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
• Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process.
• Completing timely reports on employment activities
• Organisation branding and employee engagement. Human relations.
• Coordinate training for staff members
• Coordinate performance reviews for existing staff.
• Conducting exit interviews for relieved employees.
• Personal File maintenance and Grievance Handling.

Qualifications:
• Full grade Twelve certificate
• Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management/or its equivalent
• Minimum of three years (3 years) handling recruitment related activities
• Member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM).

Job Experience Requirements: Minimum of three years (3 years)
