JOB DETAILS:
Head Chef Sherbourne Hotels invites applications from suitably qualified individuals to fill the following positions.
1. HEAD CHEF(1) .
Duties.
• make sure that all the food coming out of the kitchen are of high standard.
• making sure that the kitchen is kept clean at all time.
• supervise all chefs and porters in the kitchen.
• menu planning.
• comply with sanitation regulations and covid-19 safety standards.
• maintain inventory of food and supplies.
• report maintenance, hygiene and hazard issues.
• check fleshiness of food and ingredients

QUALIFICATIONS.
• Full grade 12 certificate.
• Diploma in food production.
• More than 5 years work experience as a head chef.
• Good interpersonal skills
