JOB DETAILS:

OVERALL PURPOSE
To conceive, develop and execute the Sales & Distribution strategy for Zambia that would result in achieving incremental customer market share (CMS) and revenue market share (RMS) leadership in Zambia.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a business inclined discipline An MBA would be preferred additional qualification
• Professional Registration:
• Member of the Zambia Institute of Marketing with a valid Practicing Certificate

Minimum Experience :
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Telecommunications and consumer sales environment

Key Skills:
• Very strong exposure in establishment and expansion of Market penetration

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 72

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
