Job Opportunity: Head Of Marketing
• KSM MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT, the largest HR firm in Zambia recently acquired GOZAMBIAJOBS.CO.ZM, becoming the largest recruitment platform in the country is now actively looking to recruit HEAD OF MARKETING for a client.

• The HEAD OF MARKETING will be responsible for overseeing all marketing activities within the organization, develop and implement Commercial strategies to drive revenue growth, oversee the day to day management and implementation of contracts with strategic partners, lead and direct the marketing department including digital marketing, advertising, and creative teams, analyze consumer behavior, identify market opportunities and design branding strategies as well as deliver strategic leadership for defining the commercial path to growth and profitability of the Organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Formulation of overall Commercial strategy for the Organization.
• Defining and positioning marketing strategies to ensure marketing objectives for the Organization are met.
• Developing, initiating and following up quantitative and qualitative marketing campaigns.
• Increase Brand Awareness through various digital and traditional platforms.
• Product development, pricing and marketing.
• Revenue generation through various revenue streams and segments
• Stakeholder management
• Contract management with various strategic partners.
• Perception management in liaison with the communications department.
• Marketing Planning and Budgeting.
• Market Research and Analysis.
• Advertising Agency Management.
• Event management and promotional execution.
• Corporate Social Responsibility programs
• Preparation of Business proposals to attract support and assistance from co-operating partners.

Education & Experience
• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field.
• Master in any of the above fields will be an added advantage.
• Must have a minimum of 7-10 years of work experience at middle or senior management level.
• Must have proven experience working with Advertising Agencies and Media houses.
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Knowledge and traceable experience in strategic planning and management.
• Must have strong understanding of marketing techniques.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
• Must be a member of the Zambia Institute of Marketing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Good organizational skills
• Highly motivated, well organized, detail-oriented creative and innovative.
• Time management and planning skills
• Strong interpersonal skills.
