JOB DETAILS:
Quick Capital is a micro-financing firm looking for a highly motivated and qualified individual for the following position: -
Head of Micro Finance
This position holder will report directly to Founding Directors,

The Primary Responsibilities are Listed as Below;
• Business Development and Financial Marketing – as the business is a new entity, the successful candidate will be directly responsible for the sales and marketing of the company’s financial products and services
• Reporting – the successful candidate will be required to be fully conversant with all reporting systems, these will range from reports showing the daily operations, management reports & Financial year end reports
• Budgeting and Control the successful candidate should be able to propose weekly/monthly budgets for approval and successfully manage their implementation
• Market and Statutory Overview – the successful candidate will be required to constantly review & evaluate leading strategies while identifying systematic risks so as to provide recommendations to management
• Product and Service Development – the successful candidate will require a high level of knowledge of the different types of financial services & products offered, as well suggest new services & products that can give the company a competitive advantage
• Overall Management and Team Building – the successful candidate will require a strong management background to ensure they are well versed in the requirements of managing a microfinance company.
• The successful candidate will also be required to build a team of 1-4 people, this team will report to him/her

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• Professional Qualification and membership of an internationally recognized Institute like CA, ACCA CIMA, ZICA, CIS and ZICA as per the requirements of Zambian accounting now
• A minimum of 3 years working experience at Senior or Supervisory Management
