JOB DETAILS:
Responsible for processing the full function of AGL Zambia payrolls.

Responsibilities
• General Monthly payroll processing.
• Month End Recons.
• General Ledgers / Journals.
• Staff Accounts.
• Processing of Pensions contributions (New Entries / Withdrawals).
• Method of Calculation Knowledge
• Administer the Employee Self Service module of ESS for all leave requests
• Take up HR duties in terms of recruitment, HR administration, employee relations, longs service awards managements, contract drafting, preparation of staff letters, managing transfers and promotions, TalentSoft management & People review coordination
• Implementation of HR policies such as the management of allowances, JD formulation etc
• Processing of statutory payments

Qualifications
• Min 2 years’ experience in HR & /Finance
• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or any related field
• A qualification in an Accountancy programme is an added advantage
• Paid up member of ZIHRM
• Ability to engage with employees.
• Confidentiality
• Attention to detail
• MS Word and Excel proficiency
• Analytical in order to work with staff costs
