JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities:
– Manage and oversee all aspects of the human resources function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, and employee relations.
– Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies and procedures.
– Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
– Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support organizational goals.
– Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
– Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
– Manage the administration function, including office supplies, facilities, acting as PA to Directors and vendor management.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources and various administration roles.
– Registered member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM).
– Strong knowledge of Zambian labor laws and regulations.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
– Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
– Proficiency in payroll systems and MS Office applications.
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
