JOB DETAILS:
**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resource Assistant with a primary focus on recruiting and sourcing candidates.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Recruitment & Sourcing:**
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and competencies needed for open positions.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, and social media
• Screen resumes and applications for suitability.
• Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
2. **Candidate Experience:**
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide timely feedback to candidates and address any inquiries or concerns.
3. **Administrative Tasks:**
• Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate information.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
• Prepare recruitment reports and analytics.
4. **Continuous Improvement:**
• Stay updated with the latest trends in recruitment and suggest improvements to our hiring processes.
• Attend workshops and seminars to enhance recruitment skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications:**
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficient in using ATS and HRIS systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of labor legislation and best recruitment practices.
