JOB DETAILS:
Scorpion Motorways is seeking a dynamic, goal oriented and professional individual to fill the position of Human Resource Manager.
Human Resources Manager (01). .

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide direction and advice to staff, line managers and Executive
• Management on human resource and work related issues.
• Monitor staff attendance, performance and improvement systems.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulatory requirements’
• Administration of disciplinary proceedings
• Coordinate learning and development programs
• Periodic review of human resource policies
• Manage employee health and safety with relevant department.
• Employee counselling
• Coordinate staff recruitment

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline
• At least 5 years managing a sizable Human Resources Department.
• Paid up member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resources Management (ZIHRM)
• Strong leadership and development attributes
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Must possess sound knowledge of Zambian Labour Laws
