JOB DETAILS:
Lukomi Enterprises Limited is a Zambian Owned Company specializing in Construction. We have recently opened our Mfuwe field office in Mambwe district of Zambia and we are seeking the services of a qualified Human Resource Officer to be based in Mfuwe.
Vancany: Human Resource Officer
Location : Mfuwe Office
The the Human Resource Officer will report to the Human Resource Manager and Supervise the Human Resource Assistants.

Major Roles
• Recruiting,Training and staff development
• Making sure staff salaries are paid on time and correctly
• Approving staff time sheets and Appraisals
• Pension and benefits administration
• Approving job descriptions and advertisements
• Looking after the health, safety and welfare of staff
• Supporting the development and implementation of HR Initiatives and systems
• Assist the HR Manager in the management of staff at the Mfuwe site office

Qualifications
Diploma or better in Human Resource Management or Public Administration or any closely related field
Minimum of 5 years experience
Member of ZIHRM
Additional training or certification in payroll management maybe advantageous.

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: Associate Degree
