• One of our international clients based in Zambia is looking for a HR Officer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day to day efficient operations of the HR functions.
• Manage the recruitment and hiring processes.
• Administering and Advising HR policies and working conditions.
• Updating all employees running contracts and renewals.
• Administering departmental payroll (including returns –NASPSA-NHI-PAYE…) and maintaining staff related records.
• Ensure pay reviews/absence monitoring/wage queries are managed in line with company guidelines.
• Ensuring proper maintenance and updating of all company personnel files and complete confidentiality of employees files.
• Provide HR support to the Management team.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and mitigate risk in consideration with the Zambian Labour Laws.

Qualification and Experience
• Experience: Minimum of 03 years. Experience in a agribusiness company will be appreciated.
• Qualifications: Degree or Diploma in Human Resources from a recognized institute
• Software: MS Office (Excel, Power point and word)
• Ability To work under pressure and effectively communicate in both written and verbal
• Other Requirements: Must be able to manage a head count of atleast 500, organized, good communication skills, high level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Member of Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management
