JOB DETAILS:
Required Skills for the role:
• Supporting the recruitment process in the business, including ensuring effective induction and onboarding
• Ensuring timely updating of key HR information and managing personnel data on the HRIS system.
• Coordinating the time and attendance system and addressing any non-compliance.
• Preparing and analyzing monthly HR Reports and dashboards by observing trends, and proposing and implementing actions to sustain positive results.
• Supporting managers in the performance management process by making sure that quality goals are set for individuals and that they are relevant to the business unit priorities and customer requirements.
• Applying and interpreting company policies and legal procedures to deal with IR cases, and advise management and workers.
Support the business in Leave Management processes by making sure that leave plans are in place for all employees.
• HR Reporting, by ensuring that accuracy and deadlines are adhered to.

Required Qualifications:
• Full grade 12 certificate with 5 credits inclusive of Mathematics and English
• Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Human Resource experience.
• Membership of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management.

• Should be honest and mature.
