JOB DETAILS:
The Required Skills for this Role Include:
• Reviewing policies, and conditions of employment, in line with current legislation.
• Delivering a high-quality, professional and valued HR service to the business based on sound commercial understanding.
• Applying/interpreting company policy and legal procedures to deal with IR cases, and advise management and workers.
• Supporting the recruitment process in the division, including ensuring effective onboarding.
• Supporting individuals and managers in developing team and individual goals that are relevant to their division and aligned to business priorities and customer requirements
• Ensuring that the company performance appraisal and staff development panels are organized and administered in line with company objective achievement.
• Maintaining up-to-date and correct company records concerning promotions, transfers, redeployment, and succession charts by panel within the purview of the SDP system.
• Working with managers, Supervisors, and individuals to understand and identify training and development needs.
• Ensuring timely processing of key HR information and managing personnel data on the HRIS system.
• Preparing and analysing monthly HR Reports and dashboards. By observing trends, propose and implement actions to sustain positive results.
The Required Qualifications are:
• Minimum 6 Credits or better in Grade 12
• Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on Human Resource experience.
• Membership of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management.
The Required Attributes Include:
• Proficiency in computer skills especially MS Excel and work
• Must exhibit high levels of integrity and initiative
• High levels of confidentiality
• Good judgement and good decision-making ability
• Committed team player with ability to interact with all levels of management in the organisation
• Highly developed written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work in pressured and deadline-driven operating environment
