An established and leading Agric-processing company based in Lusaka requires recruiting the services of suitably qualified and experienced individuals for the post below.
Human Resources Manager

Minimum Requirements for the Role:
• Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience.
• Experience in concluding negotiations at bargaining council.
• Thorough working knowledge of Zambian labour environment and laws
• Excellent verbal, written communication and negotiation skills
• Strong administrative systems and procedures
• Confidentiality for sensitive Human Resources issues or projects

Remuneration - Market related
