6. IT Help Desk Support Officer
The position is responsible for managing and resolving technical issues reported by end-users through a ticketing system. This role involves handling support requests, incidents, & service requests efficiently to ensure a streamlined IT support process.
Qualifications
• Minimum Diploma or B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT) or Software Engineering.
• 5 years' experience working in the food industry or reputable company.
• Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, operating systems leg. Windows, mac OS), and common applications
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 48
Level of Education: Associate Degree
