We are a specialized monitoring, evaluation, and learning consultancy firm with a focus on third-party monitoring, management assessment and evaluation, and executing agency of international development projects. Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and motivated IT Intern/Volunteer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is enthusiastic about technology and eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic international development consulting environment. The IT Intern/Volunteer will play a crucial role in supporting our IT infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting with IT-related projects.

Key Responsibilities:
•Provide technical support to staff members on hardware and software issues.
•Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and systems.
•Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems promptly.
•Assist in managing and monitoring the network infrastructure.
•Install, upgrade, and configure software applications.
•Support the development and implementation of IT security protocols.
•Assist in data backup and recovery procedures.
•Collaborate with the IT team on various IT projects.
•Stay up to date with emerging technologies and IT trends.
•Perform other IT-related tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
•Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
•Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
•Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
•Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
•A strong commitment to EM Associate’s mission and values.
