JOB DETAILS:
UDL is a private real estate development company leading the way in changing the landscape of Rwanda through its residential and commercial development projects. Ultimate Developers Ltd. would like to recruit an IT who will work under the overall supervision of the Director of Finance and Administration.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Purpose: The position holder is principally responsible for UDL's database management, systems security and networking administration, website and software management and development, and IT infrastructure maintenance. The position will perform the following responsibilities

• Maintaining UDL's Management Information Systems (MIS) and other IT systems and advise on matters relating to ICT.
  
• Ensure the availability, performance and security of IT systems and applications at UDL
  
• Perform systems, network, communications and database management and administration.
  
• Set up, configure and maintain computer systems and issue password and login
  
• Co-ordinate repairs and preventive maintenance of hardware, systems software and other electronic equipment.
  
• Design, develop, implement and update the website of UDL
  
• Work collegiately with all departments on issues relating to the IT systems.
  
• Facilitate the production of reports by IT systems as may needed
  
• Manage servers and all IT infrastructure of UDL
  
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned by superiors
  

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree, or certificate in a computer field
  
• Thorough knowledge in the following areas; business information technology, business systems engineering, computer networking and hardware, computer science, computer software development, information technology, internet engineering and software engineering
  
• 3 years of experience in the similar position
