JOB DETAILS:
• HomePro Enterprise is a subsidiary of Sunda International, the manufacturers of Softcare Baby Diapers, Sanitarypads and Twyford tiles.
• We are seeking a skilled and competent Import and Export Department Manager to join our Sunda Import and Export team.

Position Purpose
• Checking and tracking the work of Document Officers, follow up on the progress of document declaration, to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the documents. Communicate across departments. Team Building and training talents.

Main Job Responsibilities
A. Internal Control
1.) Check the status of SD documents making sure all documents are sent on time.
2.) Following the status of the import container, check the status of the transit, transport and clearance.
B. Cross-functional Communication
1. Build and maintain the relationship with the clearance agent, ZRA and customs.
2. Cross department communication.
C. Assist Cost Control.
1. Assist the cost control officer to control the cost and record abnormal cost.

Education and Work Experience
• Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management.
• More than 5 years working experience
• 2 years + import experience
• Supply Chain Knowledge
• Customs declarations and taxation knowledge
• Data analysis abilities.
