Role Description
• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Industrial Chemicals Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Industrial Chemicals Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales of our industrial chemicals products to a wide range of clients across various industries. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a rapidly growing company and to develop your career in industrial chemicals sales. This is a full-time on-site role as an Industrial Chemicals Sales Specialist, located in Kitwe. The role involves building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, managing budgets and forecasts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve sales targets for industrial chemicals products.
– Identify and engage with potential clients across a range of industries, including mineral processing, water treatment, manufacturing, agriculture, construction, and others.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
– Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to clients, offering solutions that meet their specific needs and requirements.
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
– Stay updated on industry trends and market insights to drive product development and sales strategies.
– Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients.

Qualifications and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Process Engineering, Chemistry, Metallurgy, Business, or related field.
– Proven track record of successful sales in the industrial chemicals industry, with a strong understanding of the market and its dynamics.
– Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
– Technical expertise in industrial chemicals and their applications, with the ability to articulate their value proposition to clients.
– Strong business acumen and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
– Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team efficiently.
– Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
