JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities
The role will include but not be limited to the following
responsibilities:
• Interprets and implement company policies, procedures,
rules, labour laws and conditions of service to
management officials, employees and workers’
representatives.
• Provides support in performance appraisals for all
employees in the section/department in order to check individual performance for confirmation, promotion and salary reviews
• Promotes employee welfare by attending to individual or group grievances affecting their work.
• Investigates disciplinary cases, record statements and facilitate disciplinary hearing.
• Provides support in the recruitment, placement, compensation, retention and separation of staff

Qualifications & Requirements
• Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or
related program
• Full Grade 12 certificate
• Paid up member of the Zambia Institute of Human
Resource management- ZIHRM
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience, experience in
the Mining sector will be an added advantage.
